saige's new home

at the beginning of august our little bird left the nest and moved into her own nest in seattle. we helped her move. i mean, if you don't have a three month old and three year old helping you transfer all your things... well, that's too bad for you. saige got a two bedroom apartment with her friend from college, holly. after she got the apartment, she got a job (she's a risk taker!) at a pr firm in seattle. she is like a real life grown up. pretty much. saige and holly had a housewarming party, but it was full of young people, and we were too old and un-hip and child ridden to attend. so, a few weeks after saige had a girls brunch... and i used my cane and hobbled over for some donuts. it was nice. congrats on your new adult-like life, saige. now stop hating us and come over for sunday dinner!

this was the safest thing that ever happened.
