beckett is three!

beckett is three, which is officially insane. two seemed crazy because he was a toddler and that's a big milestone and whatever, but three seems a lot... older. i can't believe we have a three year old. i can't believe we are going to do it all over again! and when we celebrate new baby's third birthday, beckett will be six! six!!! and i will be one hundred, i'm pretty sure. this will be a big year for beckett as he transitions to big brother and away from the self-centered world of only child. i know it will be hard for everybody, but i also know beckett is going to do so great. he is really loving and gentle and great at sharing and compassionate and i just know he is going to rock it in this new role! he is a helpful, super funny, outgoing little people pleaser and we just could not love him more. happy birthday, beckett kol! three is going to be the best year yet... we can't wait!
