margaret and penelope took me out for ice cream and it was very delicious, of course. i've never met a flavor of ice cream i didn't like. it was a really nice day and we hung out for a while at the kirkland waterfront. i hope you all enjoyed my lovely birthday weather... if you live in the northwest.
many of you probably don't know this, but little penelope is part vampire and cannot be exposed to sunlight. not really, her good mom just doesn't want her to burn up! she is a very fair skinned girl. i hear ya lady!
here are the babes! they are growing so quick! also, i am clearly one of those people who has a child and that child becomes their whole world. my birthday was very... beckett centered. don't judge, i just like his face.
so, you can barely see in this picture, but there was a teenager duck with all the big ducks! i loved him, but where were his siblings?
b and i picked matt up from work so we could see his new office (his company moved). the new space is super fancy and in a big office building... wowie wow. i will obsessively take lots of pictures at the family night later this week, don't you worry.
jenni has a semi-creepy obsession with this lady who makes personalized jewelry, lisa leonard. she sent me a beckett necklace for my bday. i love it!
we had a family day in madison park (my favorite) on saturday, but that gets its own post. to round out this pretty all over the place and random post, here is another picture of penelope. why is she so cute?!
