just keep swimming

beckett took swimming lessons again this summer at the kingsgate pool. the sessions were everyday for two weeks and beckett went through several different stages of fears, but triumphed eventually. while it took the entire summer, he can now go underwater (and not scream cry about it), push off the edge of the pool, and jump in off the side. we still have some back float and stroke work to do, but that is for next summer beckett to worry about! penelope did all the sessions too, but was in a more advanced class and quinn did most of them, but you wouldn't know it by my pictures! i brought my camera on the last day of class, but quinn was out of town... making him non existent in the photos. sorry, friend. i'll remember you were there, and he'll probably make an appearance on an iphone post. we tried to put heath in a class (that was supposed to be for two year olds) and he would have none of it. maybe next year when he really is a two year old. we're gonna keep on keepin' on and eventually this blog will be full of swim team posts! hopefully.
