we give thanks

we had a relaxed thanksgiving at home. thanksgiving is probably my least favorite holiday... for lots of reasons, but i recently discovered that it is matt's most favorite. so, i am going to try and be better about being in the turkey spirit this time of year. john and reny came over for dinner and we had all the usual thanksgiving junk. plus! we made latkes because thanksgiving fell during hannukah this year... which is weird because it made thanksgiving feel really late and hannukah feel really early. anyways, i was the worst, worst photo taker in the history of photo taking. you might be confused and think i was not even at thanksgiving, but really... i was there. also, maybe you couldn't even tell who was there because my one group picture is so blurry. i am posting it anyway, but i feel a lot of shame about it. in conclusion, i hope everyone had a great thanksgiving! i was grateful (kind of?) to be feeling pretty sicky because of baby two!
