the girls that natasha nannies are starting full time daycare and natasha is growing a baby in her belly, so she will be taking a break from nannying to... be an even more full time nanny, also called a mom. we had a lunch date slash going away party at mackenzie (and avery's) house to say goodbye. it's not really goodbye forever, natasha will still occasionally watch the girls, but we certainly won't have such regular play dates. we will definitely miss seeing their sweet faces so often!

woodland park zoo
i had the sigl ladies for a few days and they were desperate to go to the zoo. i was nervous to do a four on one seattle excursion, but gosh darn it if i'm not a people pleaser... even when it comes to children! so we went, and it was pretty much fine. jane likes to imitate all things involving heath, so she had to bring a baby and a car seat (for safety...duh), and a stroller, and a diaper bag packed with all the same things as my diaper bag. it's a good thing the whole idea of it is precious... or i might have freaked out the 5th time that baby came bouncing out of it's car seat that was shadily jammed into the stroller and jane had a panic attack over the welfare of her child. oh man. i love my little mini me. AND he will never ever remember or realize this, but it was heath's first trip to the zoo! oh baby boy... you are growing up quick.

willis tucker park
the kings moved a million miles away (i think it's maybe like 15 miles... pretty far) and so now we have a reason to sometimes venture up north to check things out. there is a pretty fun park with a water feature thingee really, very close to harper and sawyer's house. it was a good time to be had and we always love our time with the king girls. sawyer is starting to be very interested in heath. she is a very enthusiastic little helper.
