jordan and brandon got married!

at the end of the month zac's sister, jordan, got married (to brandon!) in olympia at her parent's home. since i am all up in everybody's business when a wedding is involved, we somehow pressured them into inviting us and i was so happy because i like them and i like weddings. i always feel a tad anxious about weddings that are held at venues that don't normally accommodate weddings because it is so much more work and there is so much to think about, but they did a really great job! you could really tell how much thought and effort went into the event and there were a thousand tiny personal details which are really the best part about weddings, am i right? here are lots of photos, but also... congrats to jordan and brandon, we wish you a lifetime of happiness and i look forward to being all up in your business again one day in the future pushing for a baby shower invite. no pressure. ha. i stole the fist picture off of their photographers website, but after that it's just my pictures!

cousin time!

kate and zac and clayton came to visit and we were so excited to meet our newest nephew slash cousin! of course all we did was stick the babies in matching outfits and put them next to each other all weekend. i assume in the future their interactions will be a lot more fun. we are so, so, so, SO excited and happy that heath will have a cousin bestie so close in age that he can grow up with. i'm sure their relationship will be so special. it was also fun to get to spend some time with the new parents (even though kate AND matt were sick...boo!) and it made me cry a thousand tears that we don't live closer to each other. darn you... state of oregon, being all gigantic and between washington and nevada. anyways... aren't these babies just the cutest thing you ever did see? also, beckett was a mostly sweet and adorable older brother and cousin. i love all of these faces too, too much.

we are so, so happy for kate and zac, who welcomed a new baby boy into the world! he is just too precious and i am just too sad to be so far away and not able to travel. hopefully i will deliver a little cousin bestie for this sweet boy and they can meet very soon! i am so thrilled for kate and zac and really excited to watch them take on the new role of parents; they are going to do a great job! and i am only a little jealous of kate and her outside of her body baby. i can't wait to meet him in person! congratulations to kate and zac and your beautiful family of three!
