babies in a wheelbarrow

in 2011 we took a trip to beckett's first pumpkin patch (it was remlinger farms) with friends and on a whim took some photos of the babies in a wheelbarrow. here is one of said photos. adorable, yes?

in 2012 while at another pumpkin patch (it was craven farms) matt kreitlow loaded those same babies, who were now toddlers into a wheelbarrow to push them out to the pumpkin patch. sawyer was born, but maybe throwing her in with the toddlers seemed risky? i don't know...

in 2013 while at a pumpkin patch (it was stocker farms) we took harry potter photos and afterwards somebody said, "we better get these kids in a wheelbarrow for their yearly photo." so... it was just a thing that had started and was now a tradition that we do forever. until the end of time. in this photo i really have no idea where sawyer is. we're monsters who like to leave her out?

in 2014 we very specifically planned to take wheelbarrow photos while at a pumpkin patch (it was baileys farm). and look who finally made it into some photos! it's sawyer belle! bless her heart. also, heath. elliot was still in the belly, but not for long.

in 2015, we slacked on getting the wheelbarrow photos done and decided to try and snap some at the end of a patch day (it was stocker farms). friends, it didn't go well. not well at all. it was weirdly sunny out and the sun was blinding everybody with its terrible brightness. also, it had been a long day with a lot of photos already taken. beckett was barely holding it together for the pictures and by the end had started to lose his mind. elliot went into the wheelbarrow with many reservations and his intuition was right, he didn't love it. also. we have six kids now, and that's a lot to cram into a tiny space. not that it's going to stop us from trying. wheelbarrow pumpkin patch pictures FOREVER.

oh my gosh, sawyer. i feel ya girl.

valentine's partay

we had our annual valentine's dinner and it was cute and full of tiny people! the kreitlow's hosted this year and i just don't even know what we will do next year when we have six small people to fit at a table. i'm excited for it too though. here are so many many pictures. so many. i hate making choices. hope your valentine's day was full of love. i feel very fortunate to have THREE sweet guys to love on... and that they are the most lovable.
